Casey in Water Street Southerly through Water Street
and Colden Street to the Turn Pike continuing Water Street
to Chambers Creek up said creek to Main road
Northerly to the turnpike road westerly from Hasbrouck's
black smith shop the old road to Charles Belknaps with
the new road toWindsor line the Cross roads to the Turn
pike and to Windsor line  

2 Beginning at Third Street in Water Street at the corner
Phineas June and Robert W. Jones northerly along water
Street West to Samuel Downing corner N along the
main road to the north Side of a Bridge by [ ]
the road leading from said Bridge westerly to Gidney
Bridge the Road from Pettingills Landing acrost lime
Stone hill until it Intersects the Road leading from
Newburgh to Rocky Forrest.  

3 Beginning at the Turn pike Road by Wm
W. Sackets northerly to Samuel Downing corner
in Water Street from Second Street to Third Street
with all the Streets in the Village of Newburgh
Except Colden Street from St. Georges Church
westerly until it Intersects the road by
Smith [Pines] from Wallers old place to
Belknaps Saw Mill from Main road by
Gidney Mill to William Wilsons at
[Fosters]Town from Allards old [ ] to
Lund Belknaps  

4 Beginning at the Turn pike road near Henry
Coocks northerly to Smith Jimes thence westerly
to [Underhills] with the Cross roads to
Belknaps Saw Mill by Benjamin [ ] and [ ] [ ]

leads to the Great pond till it Intersect the
road that lead to David Belknaps Saw Mill.

Northerly to the Lands of Jacob Elliott
with the Cross roads to Leonard Smith
and to Tucker Mill  

At the Anual Town meting met at
the Accademy Adjourned to the
Old Church in the Village of Newburgh
April 5th 1808
